 宁波德昌电机制造有限公司位于中国经济最发达的沪、杭、甬地区，长三角南翼中心城市，美丽的东海之滨,素有浙东名邑、文献名邦之称的余姚市市区。这里风景优美，交通便利，距宁波国际机场40公里，杭州国际机场80公里，离中国第二大深水良港码头45公里。
　公司属私营独资企业，创建于1992年，专业生产吸尘器电机的各种冲压、五金和塑料配件，自2002年开始吸尘器电机及其他串激电机的生产。在黄裕昌董事长的带领下，历经风雨十多年，徳昌电机现已发展成占地20000多平方米，拥有现代化标准厂房和一流的生产设施，年生产能力达到600余万台的电机领军企业。已与许多世界知名企业建立了良好的合作关系，产品远销美国、德国、意大利、美国、韩国、中东、东南亚等地区
　公司拥有自营进出口权，年产值达2.5亿多元。员工700多名，为推动企业不断发展，公司不惜重金引入众多的高层次的专业人才。其中高学历技术人员50名，销售管理人员10余名，大专以上学历的30多名。专业检验人员60人，机构进一步精化。
　公司从事模具、原材料加工、电机生产、装配一条龙生产，专业生产吸尘器电机，主要产品有YDC叁拾多个系列。产品已通过UL、CE、CCC认证。为顺应国际环保要求，公司更是严把原料进货关，以确保生产的电机均符合欧盟RoHs指令要求。
